Tabletop Game Designers Australia is proud to welcome you to DevCon for 2026!
DevCon is Australia’s annual industry event focused on tabletop game design. It’s where designers, publishers, manufacturers, artists, and community leaders connect, trade notes, and share playtests before the consumer spotlight of PAX kicks off.

What is on
DevCon will have all the good stuff from last year and more:
- Venue is walking distance to the PAX Convention Centre – perfect if you’re in town early or coming straight from booth setup.
- Dedicated rooms for Talks and Playtesting – Learn in one room, test with intention in the other.
- Dinner + venue bar – Dinner is included! A variety of drink options at the bar.
- Reserve a Playtest Table – lock in a spot to playtest your latest prototype with your peers.
- Talks from experts – an array of interesting topics with insights to level up your work
- Informal pre-DevCon meet up (more details to come later)

There is a bundle ticket that gets you into DevCon and makes you a TGDA member at the same time.
Bought separately, a General Admission ticket ($45) and a 2027 TGDA Membership ($50) come to $95. The 2027 New Membership Bundle is $80, so you save $15 and get a full year of member benefits running through to next year’s DevCon.
